It takes only 5 minutes to reach the hotel entrance, and there are no winding country roads throughout the journey. Self driving friends don't have to worry about taking the wrong route. As one of the few ceramic culture themed hotels in China, I originally only hoped to immerse myself in the atmosphere of the porcelain city. However, the attentive service throughout the trip became the most unforgettable surprise.
    I took a taxi from Liling East Station and arrived at the hotel entrance in twenty minutes. As soon as I got off the bus, the doorman quickly stepped forward and took my suitcase. He also smiled and reminded me that there was a small slope at the steps, so be careful not to slip under my feet. When checking in, the front desk handed me a cup of warm local specialty tea and learned that it was my first time in Liling. Not only did I quickly complete the procedures, but I also took the initiative to give me a hand drawn cultural and tourism map with the opening hours of the scenic spots marked. They specifically circled the Ceramic Museum, which can be reached within a three minute walk from the hotel, reminding me that there will be a light show that night, so I don't have to rush to catch up.
    After entering the room, I realized that they had noticed in advance that I had noted "I like ceramic cultural and creative" when I made the reservation. Not only did they replace the regular welcome fruit platter with locally sourced salted grapefruit peel, but they also placed a mini hand-painted porcelain cup as a small gift next to it. Even the mouthwash cup was custom-made bone china. At night, I was organizing the photos of ceramic exhibits taken during the day at my desk. I called the front desk to request a multi port charging dock, and within two minutes, the staff brought it over. They were afraid that I would sit for too long and catch a cold, so before leaving, they even took the initiative to give me an extra thin shawl.
    The next morning, I got up late and couldn't catch up with the breakfast supply time in the restaurant. I called the front desk with the attitude of trying. Unexpectedly, the kitchen soon prepared a packed Liling fried flour and hot soybean milk for me. They were tightly sealed with insulation bags, and the hands were still steaming hot. After strolling through the ceramic DIY center, the butler specially handed me a cup of iced porcelain valley coffee, saying that I had been strolling in the sun for almost an hour and that he had pre iced it to help me relieve fatigue. When checking out, I accidentally left my small porcelain piece in my room. The front desk called me immediately after discovering it and arranged for staff to deliver it to Liling East Station on the way, which didn't delay my time to catch the bus.
    As a themed hotel that focuses on ceramic culture, Turandot Hotel Liling does not limit its service to a "card style" cultural packaging, but instead hides meticulous warmth into the daily details of every guest.
